At O’Fria & Associates P.C, there is no client too big or small!

O’Fria & Associates, P.C. was established September 1, 2020 by Carl J. O’Fria Jr. CPA.  The lineage of the firm can be traced back to 1995.  In 1995 Carl J. O’Fria, Sr. CPA established the firm O’Fria & Company, P.C.  Carl J. O’Fria, Jr. assisted Carl Sr. in the establishment of the firm and service the clients.  Carl Jr. was admitted to O’Fria & Company as a shareholder a few years later. 

Carl Sr. managed the Company until his retirement.  At that time the management of the Company was turned over to the remaining shareholders.  In 2020 Carl Jr. decided to terminate his relationship with O’Fria & Company, P.C. and commence the accounting firm O’Fria & Associates, P.C.
